Richard Pape, DMD
​
A Louisville native, Dr. Pape graduated from Bellarmine College in 1992 with a B.A. in biology. He received both a D.M.D. and M.S. degree from the University of Louisville in 1996 and completed a surgical residency at The Ohio State University Medical Center in 2000.

Dr. Pape is a diplomate of both the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. He has been a reviewer for the Journal of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery since 2006. He is a past president of the Ky. Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons and a past president of the Louisville Dental Society. He has been voted a Top Doc in Louisville Magazine. He has served on anesthesia advisory committees for the Ky Board of Dentistry and the Ky Dental Association. He is a member of several professional organizations including the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Society of Dental Anesthesiology, the American Dental Association, the Kentucky Dental Association, the Kentucky Medical Association, the Louisville Dental Society, the Greater Louisville Medical Society, and the Southeastern Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.​
His personal interests include camping and playing guitar. Professional interests include dental implants, reconstructive jaw surgery, and nerve injury and repair.
L. Anthony Sivori, DMD, MD

Dr. Sivori was born and raised in Louisville. He graduated from St. Xavier High School in 1997 and then completed his college training at Centre College, in Danville, KY, where he received a B.S. in biology in 2001. After taking some time away from formal education to work in the family business, Dr. Sivori enrolled at the University of Louisville, School of Dentistry in 2003 and completed his dental degree in 2007. He went onto University of Kentucky to further his training in oral and maxillofacial surgery. While there, he received his medical degree in 2011 and completed his surgical training in 2013.
Dr. Sivori is a member of several professional organizations including American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Dental Association, American Medical Association, Kentucky Dental Association, Kentucky Medical Association, Academy of Osseointegration, the Louisville Dental Society, and Kentucky Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

His professional interests include wisdom teeth removal, implants, orthognathic surgery and facial cosmetic surgery. While away from the practice, Dr. Sivori enjoys spending his personal time with his wife and their three children, playing golf, horse racing and watching sports.
